Soft skill training to help teams work together and improve productivity, and coaching for the next generation of leaders
Many professionals have incredible technical skills, expertise, and experience, yet struggle to feel heard, influence those around them, and advance their careers. What they don’t know is that those feelings of helplessness and frustration don’t have to be permanent.
Successful people seem to have some kind of “x-factor”—an inexplicable ability to own any room, close any deal, and lead with confidence and authority.
It may seem like you’re either born with those “people skills” or you’re not.
But that’s wrong.
Confidence, communication, leadership, and influence aren’t innate qualities. They are skills that can be taught and learned if you’re willing to put in the time and practice.
Influence is the currency of leadership. Master it, and you’ll be unstoppable.
If you find yourself in a high-performance role as a manager, executive, entrepreneur, or salesperson, you’ve undoubtedly found yourself in conversations that aren’t going the way you had hoped. When working with other people, it is inevitable.
The question is: when the conversation gets tough, what do you do? Do you panic and seize up? Do you ramble? Do you find yourself defaulting to prepared talking points that fall flat?
Most communication and sales training forces you to memorize a script. They teach you what to say in a specific scenario. When everything goes according to plan, it’s great. But when it doesn’t go to plan (and, let’s face it, that’s pretty much always), the confidence you thought you had to influence the outcome vanishes.
Your conversations, your relationships, and your career are too valuable for that kind of guesswork. That’s why we don’t just teach you words; we teach you to understand what you should say. Forget sounding canned, stiff, and scripted.
Once you understand the framework for influence, you can say just the right thing while sounding natural and confident. You’ll seem to be effortlessly influential.
Believe it or not, there’s a science behind influence. Whether you’re trying to get someone to buy your company’s software solution or buy into a new leadership direction, everyone follows the same path toward acceptance.
As students of the science of influence, we’ve distilled decades of study and training into a communication framework that is robust and flexible enough to be applied to any industry, any relationship, and any conversation. We call this the TRUSS Method.
The TRUSS Method is composed of five pillars that are necessary in any high-stakes conversation:
establishes safety and credibility. Without it, others will resist your message.
articulates the end goal and reason why it's important.
disarms objections, displays empathy, and avoids conflict.
proposes a clear, actionable, and mutually beneficial path forward.
creates long-term buy-in and encourages continued cooperation.
By adapting the TRUSS Method to the conversations you encounter every day, you’ll soon discover that, without having to memorize what to say, you’ll be able to confidently and authentically motivate, persuade, and lead those around you.
Your time is your most valuable asset. You can’t afford spending months in generalized group trainings or workshops that only address your challenges theoretically.
Your challenges are unique. They involve the specific culture of your team, the distinct pressures of your industry, the precise nuances of your career trajectory, and the details of your personality. We guarantee you’ll learn more in a single one-on-one session that in a whole month of group training. We offer precision engineering for your influence.
is too theoretical: Content is designed for the lowest common denominator, making it difficult to adapt the training to your specialized role, your unique industry, and the nuances of your personality.
provides minimal feedback: You practice a few times and wait for a generic note from a coach managing 10-20 people, or struggle to find the time and courage to ask the questions that matter most to you.
yields slower results: The pace is dictated by the class schedule and the average participant’s ability level. Mastery is a distant goal.
is 100% practical and customized: Every application of the TRUSS Framework is focused entirely on the contentious employee, the difficult client, or the negotiation you face tomorrow.
provides maximized feedback & iteration: You receive continuous, focused, and deep feedback. We iterate through a single scenario a dozen times until the TRUSS Framework is deployed flawlessly and automatically.
is designed for accelerated mastery: The pace is dictated by your ambition. We compress years of learning into weeks, making influence a natural reflex, not a manual skill.
Whether you're new to professional coaching or you've done it before, you should feel comfortable with the process before you take the leap.

We'll talk about your challenges and you'll get a chance to experience a one-on-one coaching session to make sure it's a good fit. Then, we'll make some short-term goals and choose a time frame so we can start your coaching program!

Most people book a weekly session so they can gain momentum and receive frequent feedback. While the schedule is flexible, it's important to stay consistent if you want progress. Every session will give you new strategies to level-up your skills and guide your transformation. Be sure you practice them as often as you remember.

Continued coaching leads to deeper transformation, but most students notice their skills evolving after just one or two sessions. The more you practice, the better you get!
Andrew has spent the last 15+ years teaching salespeople, professionals, and entrepreneurs how to be effective communicators, negotiators, and leaders. He’s passionate about supporting people who want to level-up their communication and leadership skills and learn what will take them from surviving to thriving.
There’s a reason that more than half of top performers seek out coaches during their careers. Experience the transformation that personalized, expert coaching creates:
Confidence isn’t just for extroverts who were born with it. Learn the verbal and non-verbal cues that inspire people to trust you and see you as a credible expert.
It’s what you say AND how you say it. Learning how to apply simple, proven speaking techniques will make you a more effective speaker in front of any size group.
There’s a science to being persuasive, and once you know the principles you can apply them anywhere. Use your skills to stand out as a communicator, negotiator, and leader.
Take the first step and begin your journey toward success.
We are all communicating constantly – both verbally and non-verbally – whether we intend to or not. The goal of communication coaching is to make you aware of how you communicate and teach you skills to control your message and use your voice to be more influential and more successful.
Almost any verbal or non-verbal communication skill can be coached and, with practice, improved. Some examples of communication skills are:
As you may imagine, there are plenty of communication techniques that apply to multiple situations. Most people work on a few techniques that apply to various facets of their careers and lives.

Communication coaching – coaching in general, really – is highly personal. Having taken a variety of coaching in my career, I’m sensitive to this and want to make sure that we feel comfortable with each other before making a commitment.
During our first meeting (usually about 30 minutes), you’ll have an opportunity to describe the communication challenges you’re experiencing and the goals you hope to achieve. I’ll strive to make the session enlightening and helpful so your time feels well-spent. Afterward, if we feel it’s a good fit, I’ll propose a short-term plan (usually 1-3 months) to help you reach your goals.
Some people feel the progress they want after our first meeting. Some continue to take coaching for months or years. Every individual is unique, and so is every coaching plan.
I encourage you to commit to a course to maximize your progress during our time together. If you’re not able to do that, you can also enroll in coaching sessions one-at-a-time.
Coaching is an investment, and for many people it’s the most amount of money they’ve spent on their professional development outside of college.
